In this session, I will be working with you to boost your own energy level to assist with pain relief, calming, better sleep, and other areas that you may need help with. Upon leaving this session you will be given a Chi Ball to assist you on your own. I am also able to assist over the phone, internet from a far should you have questions. ***All the skills above are not to be considered cures but techniques used for stress reduction and relaxation.
